MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

* We are looking for Sales Executives B2B. Our client is a multinational Lubricant/Oil & Gas company.
An Giang (1), Tra Vinh (1). Open for the Candidates base in Can Tho, HCMC, Long An, Vinh Long.
-To analyze Dhubs/Distributor’s performance & make proposal for improvement with Dhubs/distributor owner on stock control, warehouses
-To animate, supervise & coordinate Dhubs/distributors’ activity to achieve distributor sales target as a whole.
-To negotiate categories’ operation (promotion, discount, recall…) within the respective Dhubs/distributor.
-To be fully responsible for assigned/ focused categories. These categories can be changed by the time due to biz priorities.
-To survey and advise on the beat plan for in-charge teams. Plan the routing in order to maximize time spent at POS.
-To train in-charge sales teams. Conduct field coaching for DSR/DSM.
-To do periodical required reports
-To collect information of competitors’ activities in the market within the respective area and share with team for proper actions.
-Build, develop and maintain good customer relations in the assigned territory.
-To verify, check IWS/Signage required
-To track & report all marketing/sales promotions, CPT program
-To join routine meeting with B2B team (WILO & MILO) to review what have been done and plan next action
-To support ICAMs out of working base, as assigned by ICAM/STL

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

– Male only
– University graduate with major in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
– Have experience at least 2-3 years at Field Sales of Oil, Gas or FMCG industry.
– Good at English communication.
– Good computer skill: Ms Office, Internet, Mail
– Good at negotiation, communication & presentation skills
– Able to work under pressure and willing to take on new challenges
– Fluent in Vietnamese and English
– Willing to travel around the assigned areas
– Can work in team or independently
