Dan-Mei Feng graduated from San Francisco State University with an MA/MFA degree. She was Program Supervisor of Programming Department at Pan Pacific Television Station, Channel 66, in San Francisco. At PTT Media, Ms. Feng served as Producer / Director / Writer on many of the episodes the company has produced, such as, “Marjorie Bly: The Legend of Penghu”, “Appointment with Psychiatry”, “Modern Defenses”, “Teenage Passport”, “Help Me Speak”, “Little Ma Live!” and corporate videos. These have been broadcasted on a variety of networks including Taiwan Television Station, Public Television, Global Television, Canada’s Discover Channel and Media Corp, Singapore. “Little Ma Live!” was a weekly, 30/60/90-minute, 36-episode series featuring the Former Mayor of Taipei, Mr. Ma Ying-Jeou, who is the current President of Taiwan.
Ms. Feng also lectured at Fu-Zen Catholic University in the Mass Communication Department.
She worked at Oracle Learning Network department as Asian-Pacific Studio Manager for three years. During that period, she helped Oracle set up Taiwan and Beijing production studios and produced hundreds of eLearning courses. She helped the education department successfully sell the Oracle Learning Management System ( iLearning ) to Chunghwa Telecom (the biggest telecom carrier in Taiwan); and acted as trainer of Oracle CART course for iLearning implementation. CART is the instructional system design methodology created by Oracle.

Dr. Li-Rong Cheng is professor in the school of speech, language and hearing science at San Diego State University; she also acted as the Managing Director at San Diego State University Confucius Institute. She has written many books and over 150 professional journal articles. Her professional and research interests are in the area of bilingual language acquisition. For the past 20 years, she has been a frequent guest lecturer to many universities in China and Taiwan. Dr. Cheng has extensive contacts with Chinese language Professors in these two countries. She leads the professional course content design team.

Jason Fu graduated from Boston University with a MFA degree. He is currently working at Public Television Station of Taiwan as program producer & writer. He has been in TV production for over 15 years. Last year, he produced and edited a program that was elected into Golden Bell Award finals. (The Golden Bell Award is similar to the Emmy Award in USA)
Hwang Ya-Ling is a veteran music director with well over 20 years of experience. She has also been solely responsible for all the audio post of PTT Media.
